The Adventures of Captain Comic

When I had access to my first PC in the late 1980s, I of course had one priority, Games. I would buy and trade a lot of games over the years, but I also became more acquainted with Shareware. One title that has stuck with me was the platformer classic, The Adventures of Captain Comic by Michael Denio. While not as well regarded as other platformers that would come before and after it, The Adventures of Captain Comic had a lot going for it. Not only was it easy to play and fairly well done, it had the added and most important advantage of being free. Which for a gamer on a budget, was very important.

So who else played this classic in DOS (or later on the NES)? If you did, this will take you back.

Damn, I was an Apple guy, so never played this. But that’s pretty sweet for Shareware.
