Yay, Clue! I cannot wait until I get off work so I can listen to this. :)
I never, EVER, had a desire to play Clue. After listening to this podcast, I do! Gotta take a trip to Toys ‘R Us.
Justin that is exactly what I wanted to hear.
The same thing happened to me with the Adam 12. I had never seen it before but after the podcast I went and checked it out. Now I’ve just about made it through the 3rd season and I’ve been watching Emergency! too. You do good work here Retroist.
Thanks blinddog. I love Adam 12, so very happy you checked it out. I am hoping to inspire some new Emergency fans soon as well.
I won a copy of Clue by sending a joke into Bozo the clown. I was probably in the 4th or 5th grade. Here is my winning joke.
What is red and eats rocks?
A red rock eater.
It must have been a slow week at the Bozo headquarters.
Love clue, think I still have the orignals in the attic, have to dig them out, love your podcasts, and the retroist, never fails to bring back happy memories!
A great listen about one of the best board games ever.
The classy board design, the photo roster of unusual suspects, those nifty little murder weapons – everything about this game makes me wanna play it immediately.
Also, here’s my guess:
The Retroist…
in the Game Room…
with a tape recorder.
Clue is awesome. The board game is awesome, the movie is awesome, and the Super Nintendo game Clue is awesome. Clue is awesome!
