Name that Show – April 26th, 2011

I was about to give up on these exterior shots for “Name that Show”, but I was emboldened by last weeks ever so slight delay in finding a successful answer. It still took just under and hour for Joe England to get the answer both here and on Facebook, which catapults him into the long running toe for 2nd place. The answer was Scarecrow and Mrs. King for those playing along at home.

Because of that slight delay, I am going to stick with the exteriors. So good luck with this one. As always you get 1 point for getting it right first here in the comments and one for being the first on Facebook. I will now be posting Name that Show on the Retroist fanpage on Facebook, so just follow this link OR be the first to post it there for a bonus point (although I must admit, I post it there pretty quickly). Oh and move fast on the answer because you would be surprised how quickly people answer these things. Wondering who is on the top? Make sure to check the leaderboards.

  1. I had Atari Adventure Square’s EXACT question/answer flash through my head when I saw this on Facebook:

    Soap?

Been YEARS since I’ve seen Soap, but for some reason, this exterior rings Soap’s memory bell.

  2. Atari Adventure Square says:

Yeah, thebill1979. There’s something maddeningly familiar about this image.
Feels like I’ve seen it many times before, yet can’t exactly pinpoint it to satisfaction.

But Soap popped up as an answer without much to back it up, as those mental pathways are closed for repairs (and seems my workers are on strike – c’mon guys, shape up already).
As usual, I can’t wait to find out the answer.

p.s. The upside to this? My Soap discs have lept up on my imaginary playlist queue.
p.p.s. One of the best shows ever.
p.p.p.s. I’m still in puppy-dog love with Corinne.
