8-bit Ghostbusters’ Theme

When I say Ghostbusters’ theme, you probably think of the great hit song by Ray Parker Jr., but their is another great Ghostbusters theme. A peppy almost jazzy theme by famed composer Elmer Bernstein. You will know it when you hear it. Peachy, who does a lot of music for the podcast is a fan and he put together this wonderful 8-bit version of the song. Enjoy.

I LOVE Peachy’s Ghostbuster Podcast version. Even better than Ray Parker’s Version. This is great incidental music.

    Bravo, Peachy!

Wonderfully done as always, friend! Not that there was a lot to hear of Elmer Bernstein’s score but I’ve always enjoyed it, not only catchy but fit the tone of the movie so perfectly. :)

  9. Does Peachy have a website? is he planning on getting one?

  10. The Retroist says:

I am not sure he ever launched a site dedicated to all his music. I know he worked on a simple one a few months ago, but not sure it ever was finished. He can be very prolific, so I think it is a very good idea.
