New Dungeons & Dragons: Daggerdale Trailer

What is more Retro then sitting down with a bunch of friends to a game of Dungeons & Dragons. Sadly busy lifestyles and the vast distances separate me from the people I would like to game with on a quiet Friday night. Because of this, I have been watching the development of the new downloadable title from Bedlam and Atari, Dungeons & Dragons: Daggerdale. It will be the first Dungeons & Dragons digital download game that brings episodic, “module” based adventure to console owners, which sounds perfect for me (especially if they eventually add a random or dare I ask a “DM” mode).

The game comes out this Spring for XBLA and PSN and I cannot wait to see how it turns out. Here is the most recent game trailer.

  1. Atari Adventure Square says:

I would love to play old D&D modules on my computer (or console).
Yeah, I saw some mods out there for some old apps requiring tweaks.
But hey, let’s get officials in on this.
I’ve got several gold coins and bags of silver to invest in this venture.
