Trailer Tuesday: Fright Night

Most of you readers know that I have a very soft spot in my heart for Tom Holland’s 1985 Vampire masterpiece, Fright Night. I’m not real excited about what I am hearing concerning the remake that is scheduled for theatrical release next year, but I’ll give it a chance none the less, until then let us enjoy the original trailer.

  1. You know, I haven’t seen this one yet. But I’ve always thought Chris Sarandon was kind of cute… and Roddy McDowall is good for a laugh. Maybe I’ll give it a go!

I can imagine remakes just amping up the gore and sex and missing out on a lot of the original charm – remakes tend to do this.

    Thanks for the trailer!

  2. @Kelly Chris also brings quite a bit of charm and even some believable sadness to his role. Let me know what you think of the movie. :)
