Coca-Cola “Open Happiness” Halloween Ad

I like the use of the Halloween music, but who is this killer? A mashup between Myers and Jason? I would face him to get to my REALLY AWESOME glass front coke fridge! Who is this guy and why does he have that fridge filled with cokes?

Man, why do countries outside the USA always get the better TV commercials anyway?
