Unlike lots of other book clubs from the past, The Science Fiction Book Club, looks to have embraced new technology and is still going strong online. As a kid, not being able to see passed the intro offer, I always wanted to join these clubs, but my Mother always stopped me. Probably good or I would still be getting a new cassette tape every month.

I belonged to this club and had that bag. Got a couple of good books from them.
1 – Wait for the: YES! Buy my first book now for $4.99 offer instead of the bag.
2 – Make sure you don’t get any books your friends already have.
3 – Pick only the big collection books so you get an entire series as 1 book and then cancel after the minimum.
