The story takes place in the city of Magic Cube, where people’s head are made of magic cubes. In a Ping Pong tournament, the ping pong ball accidentally fell down the window, and the protagonist starts his journey of finding the ping pong ball. Eventually, he meets the most beautiful magic cube girl. The magic cube is a metaphor of human relationship within the society, while the animation emphasizes the importance of ‘love’ in a society that assimilates individuals.
Personally anything with a Rubik’s Cube for a head is worth checking out in my book – Retroist
