When I first saw this, I thought it was from the 1970s or at least the early 1980s. When I read it was from 1993, it blew me away. In my opinion, that makes it even more wonderful. Thank-you Stacy.

There! I’ve just seen the future ex mrs Square!
I can just see her playing that Death-Star-climax dissonant accompaniement to a roomful of gaped-jawed relatives plopping their monocles in champagne glasses while my wookie-costumed friends roar their appreciation.
And I’m copyrighting that Artoo jig and will be taking it on a roadshow to the entertainment-starved regions of Tatooine.
Wow, I think I’m ashamed for her. Admittedly, I could not go in front of people and do that.
Why would I want to? I didn’t wait to see if it got better. I got up and left halfway through.
But, that took bravery. Way to go, Stacy!
A few squeaky, sour notes is all I could stand.
I couldn’t figure out if she was off key, or if it was the music playing over her.Either way, I didn’t stick around very long to find out.
Wow. Wow.
@Atariadventuresquare Let me be the first to toast the happy couple! :)
Where will you guys be registered?
@VicSage2005 – Thank you! It was love at first blare. Or maybe second. Or third.
@TheRetroist – I’m trying to find the new location of the rebel base and have the reception there. I hope there’s a warmer climate then the last one.
I know hostilities are supposed to have ended but somehow there’s been a disturbance in the force.
Some say a brassy sound of madness has reverberated through space and pushed both sides to the breaking point of sanity.
I’m hoping a celebration will ease tensions and bring peace to the galaxy.
Mrs Square is learning the Jubjub song to close the festivities.
p.s.
My apologies to the Ewok music teachers who suffered temporary (I hope!) hearing loss.
As per your request, we will not be putting a mike on the trumpet to ensure the safety of our guests.
