The Magic Garden was a 30-minute children’s show which aired Mondays through Thursdays on WPIX in New York City. Despite being a locally produced program, the show aired on channel 11 (WPIX) and rocked my young world. It aired from March 1972 to September 1984 and was very popular with kids who came of age in the 1970′s and early 1980′s.
As of 2009, the hosts of the show, Carole Demas and Paula Janis, still perform occasionally with a touring show called Carole and Paula – The Show For Grown-Up Fans.
