Marvel Universe Cards were collectible trading cards based on the characters and events of the Marvel Universe. They were first published by Impel in 1990 and would run until 1994. I was a sucker who bought a few packs every time I went to the comic book store, not because I enjoyed them that much or I thought they were collectible, but because I got jazzed on the mystery of what I might find in every pack. Now I am sitting on 1000s of these cards and do not know what to do with them.
I have about a thousands of these as well, along with nearly all the hologram from each set. Years later when I wanted to learn to throw cards, they came in might handy.
Same here. It was fun though, driving all over town to convenience stores trying to buy some packs.
