Pitfall! Explorer’s Club Patch and Letter

If you were a Pitfall! player who achieved a score higher then 20,000 and took a photo of your TV and sent it to Activision. They would mail you a letter of congratulations and a free patch (while supplies lasted). If you were not lucky enough to get them, here is a copy of the patch and the letter.
