Creepy Vintage Halloween Postcard

There are several off-putting characters represented in this vintage Halloween postcard, but to me, the creepiest member of the troupe is the guy with the mustache and bow tie. Somewhat of a cross between Hitler and Groucho Marx. Happy Halloween.
