It has been almost a year since I last saw “The Monster Squad” and I am glad I waited. Its such a joy to watch a movie you like when you were young. I mean who would not like a movie where all of the classic movie monster’s team up and have to be defeated by a group of kids? The movie is funny, scary and wonderful. I always like horror+comedy and a lot of movies are able to pull it off, but not many are able to pull off horror+comedy+family as well as “The Monster Squad”. Plus it was always of dream of mine to have a Frankenstein as a friend and this movie allows me to explore that dream.
