Just because the Spudboys weren’t making music as DEVO doesn’t mean they stopped making music. Beside multiple solo projects and Mutato Muzika they did an album of Surf Music as “The Wipeouters”. Which they described “as a reunion of the first garage band they started while in their early teens.” The music is fun to listen to and filled with DEVO’s sense of whimsy. Here is a track from the only Wipeouters Album “P’Twaaang!!!” and it is titled “Twist N’ Launch”.
