If you watched GLOW you might remember the very poor raps that they would use before each match. This “group” rap is my favorite piece from the entire show’s run. I am pretty sure that Jackie Stallone did not hear the music before rapping her part – It is wonderfully painful.

I never watched GLOW very often back in the day, although I vaguely remember the opening raps. But seeing this video makes me sorry I didn’t pay more attention to something truly this awful!
