“Plain Truth” is the 4th track on DEVO’s 7th studio album, “Total Devo”. It is another under appreciated DEVO song with great lyrics and good dose of melancholy that gets a lot of play while I blog. In the 1980s, videos with behind the scenes tour footage set to music were very popular. I seem to remember Genesis using it as a conceit. Well, this is the song that I picture being used for the DEVO version.
