I am pretty sure that 2nd redheaded little girl is Emily Schulman who play Harriet Brindle on the cult classic “Small Wonder”. Just wonderful. She was always my favorite know it all kid neighbor, much better than that no talent Kimmy Gibbler.

of course, the only thing baby skates could do was skate into the floor. it was a heavy doll and took a plasticy thud. a real miracle that they had the thing skating a full 8 seconds in the commercial.
