That is how many GAMES they claimed for each cartridge. What it really meant was how many variants of the game were on the cartridge. In Asteroids case, it was like 1 good version (the main version) and 65 crappy variants. See the game "Warlords"? That game came out on Xbox Live Arcade Summer 2008. What's old, is new again.
