Love this bit of history. Back in 1982, McDonald’s ran a scratch and win Atari contest. This great scan pretty much sums up the contest rules and prizes. I didn’t get to eat McDonald’s too often in 1982, but I am pretty sure I got to scratch at least on of these tickets.

Thanks to McDonald’s and Atari, the old-fashioned TV Dinner is being replaced by exciting Video Dinner that could make you a winner!

    Wow, two great failure together. btw that sandwich looks like it would taste really shitty. The 80′s left a bad taste in my mouth because of Nintendo controllers that I chewed on.

  2. Sound like Racy Rick was too young to understand Atari and/or McDonald’s in the 1980s. Maybe you need to visit a ’90s retro site.
